    • How long does it take to setup FaidaPOS?

      Getting started with FaidaPOS is very easy. FaidaPOS is on cloud so sign up and getting started process takes less than a minute. Creating new products is easy. If you have thousands of products, FaidaPOS simplifies it for you with ability to import all your products at once using an excel file.

    • Would FaidaPOS be compatible with my existing hardware?

      FaidaPOS runs online. Therefore, is compatible with a number of industry standard hardware and chances are that your existing hardware may work just fine.

    • Will FaidaPOS work for me on the iPad & Tablet?

      Yes, We support tablets. You just open FaidaPOS from your tablet's browser to access the POS.

    • Is FaidaPOS easy to Setup for a non technical person? Will I face any major issues in migrating data from my old system to FaidaPOS?

      FaidaPOS is designed to make things simpler and that goes for its setup process as well. In our view, FaidaPOS offers the easiest setup and data migration process. For example, almost every other POS system offers data import, but first you must use CSV formart, leaving room for error. We use excel format.

    • I’ve thousands of products. Can I migrate existing SKUs & barcode numbers to FaidaPOS?

      Yes and yes. FaidaPOS can support any number of products and you can surely import your existing SKUs and barcodes to FaidaPOS.

    • What third party softwares does FaidaPOS integrate with?

      FaidaPOS integrates with a number of industry leading systems. For example, we integrate with Safaricom Mpesa to process Till & Paybill Payments. We have integrated with marketing systems such as MailChip.

    • Is my data safe in the cloud?

      Cloud computing has come a long way and is in fact safer than saving your data on a local computer. E.g FaidaPOS is on cloud and takes regular backups of your data which again is stored safely on a cloud. Let’s say your computer failed to start today (totally hypothetical), you simply login to FaidaPOS on a different device and everything is back to normal. On the other hand, if your data were saved locally, it could be lost with the device. Also, FaidaPOS does not save any of your or your customers’ financially critical information on its server which provides an added layer of safety in situations like hacking.

    • Is there a customer support available if i encounter any issues in setup?

      We’re available 24/7 on a live chat line and there are no premium support charges for that, in fact, its absolutely free. You can expect the same user-friendly help even when you’re just trialing FaidaPOS on our free 30 days trial.
